How do I place a retail order?
Choose an available style, colour and size, select a quantity and add it to your shopping bag. Review your selection before continuing to Shopify checkout. The available delivery options, charges and payment methods are shown during checkout.
How do I choose my size?
Check the measurements and fit information provided for the individual style. Our size and fit guide explains how to compare a garment you already own. Sizing can vary between products. If a measurement is missing or you would like help, open the chat window and share the product link, colour and size you are considering, or email our team.
Where do you ship from and how long is transit?

Can I return or exchange an item?
Read the published return and refund policy for the terms relevant to your purchase. Contact adrian@maxnew.co with your order number, item and reason for the request so we can confirm the applicable instructions. Confirm the correct return address before sending a parcel.
How do I ask about or change an order?

How do I request wholesale pricing?
Email adrian@maxnew.co with the product links or style references, colours, sizes, quantities and delivery destination. Tell us about any required dates or specifications. Our team will confirm the available information and discuss the enquiry with you.

No. A quote request or trade application does not place an order or commit you to payment. Our team confirms stock, minimum quantities, pricing, delivery and payment terms before you decide to proceed. Wholesale prices are confirmed separately from retail prices.
What is the wholesale return policy?
Check the published refund policy and contact adrian@maxnew.co to confirm the terms applicable to the relevant business order. Include the order reference and a description of the issue, with clear photographs for a damaged or incorrect item. Any order-specific return or exchange arrangements need to be confirmed with our team.
Is the consultation window a live chat?
The chat window connects you with the MAXNEW team through Shopify Inbox. Replies may not be immediate when our team is away. Share your product link or order number so we can help. You can also contact us by email.
Will my quote list stay saved?
