This guide helps you find delivery information for your order. Read the shipping policy for the store’s published terms, and review the options and charges currently available at checkout for your delivery address.
Before placing an order
Check the recipient’s name, address, postal code and contact details carefully. The delivery options displayed at checkout relate to the information you enter and the items in your shopping bag. Review the final order details before confirming payment.
If you need clothing for a particular date, email adrian@maxnew.co before ordering. Include the product links and destination so we can check the available information. Do not assume that every destination or order has the same delivery arrangements.
After placing an order
Keep your order confirmation. If tracking information is provided for your shipment, use the link in the relevant notification to check its latest updates.
