Small-batch production

Plan a smaller production run

A focused collection or an initial order begins with a manageable production plan. Use this route to discuss a smaller run of selected garments, whether the styles are already defined or still need development.

Fabric being cut along garment patterns on a cutting table

Fabric cutting is one stage of garment making. A production plan connects the individual garment with the full assortment.

The assortment matters as much as the total

One style in a single colour creates a different production question from the same quantity spread across several styles and colours. The way a run is divided matters as much as its overall size.

This route focuses on that production plan. If the garment itself still needs to be developed, design and sampling also need a place in the discussion. Minimum quantities, pricing and timing are assessed around the proposed assortment.

Discuss your production run.

Send a simple outline of the assortment you are considering. A first estimate is useful, even if some details are still undecided.
