Help with a return or exchange
Start by reading the returns and refund policy for the store’s published terms. This page explains how to ask for help with your order; it does not replace those terms.
Tell us about your order
Email adrian@maxnew.co with your order number, the email address used at checkout and the name of the item. Describe what you would like help with and whether you are asking about a return, an exchange or another issue. For a size or colour exchange question, include the alternative you are considering.
Check the instructions before sending anything
Ask us to confirm the correct return address and the instructions relevant to your order. Do not assume that an address printed on a parcel or elsewhere on the website is the appropriate return destination. Keep the instructions with your order details for reference.
Damaged or incorrect item?
Include clear photographs of the item and the issue in your email. A photograph of the packaging or label can also help explain what you received. Keep the item and packaging available while we check the information.
Follow up on a request
