These terms apply to use of our website and purchases from us, together with our privacy policy, shipping policy and return policy.

Retail purchases and accounts

Provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information and check your selection before submitting an order. Keep account credentials secure and use a payment method you are authorised to use. An order is subject to availability and our acceptance. If there is a stock or pricing error, we will contact you to explain the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution, including a refund where payment has been taken and the order cannot be fulfilled.

Wholesale enquiries and orders

We welcome enquiries from retailers, boutiques and other business buyers, including buyers purchasing for resale. Submitting a quote list or trade application does not place an order, reserve stock or commit you to payment. Wholesale prices, minimum quantities, availability, delivery and payment terms are confirmed separately. A written wholesale agreement or accepted quotation governs the specific commercial arrangements for that order, subject to mandatory law.

Products, prices and payment

Product pages describe the available styles and variants. Screen settings may affect the appearance of colours. Prices and available currency, payment and delivery options are presented on the site and at checkout. Review the order total and any taxes or shipping charges before paying. Wholesale prices may differ from retail prices. Cross-border customs and duty arrangements should be checked in the shipping information and your quotation.

Delivery, cancellations and returns

Orders ship from Ningbo, China. Delivery estimates and support arrangements are explained in our shipping policy. Contact us promptly if you need to change or cancel an order. We will check the order status and available options. Retail returns and exchanges may be requested within 30 days of receipt; wholesale quality claims must be raised within 15 days, subject to the full return policy, any agreed contract and mandatory legal rights.

Using our website

Do not use the site for unlawful or fraudulent activity, interfere with its operation or access another person's account without permission. The site's branding, photographs and other content belong to their respective owners. Purchasing goods does not grant permission to reproduce website media or imply authorised-dealer status. Business partners may contact us to discuss authorised use of brand materials.

Our store is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform. Purchases are made from HONG KONG BESEA GROUP CO., LIMITED, not from Shopify. Personal information is handled as described in our privacy policy and, where relevant, Shopify's privacy policy. Our enquiry window sends messages for an email response; it does not promise an immediate live-chat response.

Your legal rights and changes

Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer rights concerning delivery, faulty goods, withdrawal or refunds. Contact us with a complaint so we can seek a resolution. We may update these terms for future use and purchases; changes do not retrospectively remove rights relating to an existing order.
